My friends, I am so sorry that I have been away so long and have not posted. I think I have caught up with your emails. My laptop lost its mind and I along with it! 😉 I really need to get some lessons on this computer stuff!
So much has gone on with a lot of you recently and I will share more later but I can’t wait on this one because you might get a giggle. We all need giggles as often as possible. The new friend in this story has given me permission to share it. Obviously without her name included.
She wrote me and was extremely upset because her husband of 28 years had filed for divorce and she just didn’t understand why. She was sure that he had not cheated. She said they had a great loving relationship. He was never abusive. They are financially secure and own their home. They have no issues with family or relatives.
After reading her very long and fact filled email. I was left quite perplexed. I wrote her back and asked how their communication skills were and if they confided in each other. She said they did.
Finally, after another couple of emails I figured it out and because she was so close to the issue, she had missed it.
The good news is that she and her husband are not getting a divorce after all. They are back to being the happy couple that they had always been.
Okay, Okay. I had to wait to find out but I won’t put you through the wait. He filed for divorce because she had cut off the comb over hair that circled his head while he slept. She had told him how silly he looked and that if he didn’t cut it off, she would. She did.
Thankfully, hair does grow back sometimes! And people do get back together sometimes.
