Focus on and savor the ones who care…

My friends, please forgive me! I have received quite a few emails wondering where I am. My answer is that I’m not sure! LOL. I am in the process of moving, which in my case means getting rid of, selling, packing or breaking many years worth of collecting! At my ripe old age, I am moving stuff with a front end loader and am encountering mice, groundhogs, bats and the like.

Did you know that you can fill a 30 yard dumpster with way more if you jump on the junk??? Watch out for the glass! Wellies help a lot! Never would I have guessed 10 years ago, that I would have been alone in this process. Actually 10 years ago, I never thought that this process would have existed! Having said that, I must say we can’t and shouldn’t cry over spilled milk.

We need to accept the facts and move on. Love and relationships teach us the reality of life. A friend said to me a few months ago, Claudia if you want to survive, you must not expect anything from anyone and you must not take anything personally! He was so right and his sagacious words have helped me to endure the pain of the last year.

Enjoy and savor the people who really care and try to put aside the ones who don’t prove themselves as being loving and caring. Remember that real family doesn’t necessarily have to share the same blood. Good night all. Thank you for your concern!
