A Divorce at 13 years old and 93 years old in 2006! WHERE?

According to the associated press, Fewer West Virginians said “I do” in 2006 as the number of marriages dropped for the sixth straight year.

The Department of Health and Human Resources says while marriages declined, so did divorces.

The agency’s 2006 vital statistics report says 13,276 couples took the plunge in 2006, 147 fewer than the year before.

The oldest groom was 96, and the oldest bride was 89. By comparison, the youngest groom was 16 and the youngest bride was 14.

There were 9,191 divorces that year, down from 9,269.

One couple who divorced that year had been married for 56 years.

The department says the youngest person to receive a divorce in 2006 was a 13-year-old girl. The oldest person was a 93-year-old woman.

What is wrong with this scenario???
