Don’t Forget!

How did you wake up this morning? This may seem like a dumb question but it really isn’t. The attitude you have when you get out of bed will become the attitude that takes over your whole day.

If you had a restless night and the alarm wakes you up with a loud sound, chances are you won’t get out of bed happily.

If you went to bed fairly early and woke up before the alarm went off, you will probably be on the way to a great day.

The thing is that in either scenario, you need to make a concerted effort to think positively.

Easier said than done, right? Some people just wake up happy and ready to start the day but you’re not one of them right?

Try this experiment. Write a note to yourself and stick it on your mirror where you will see it first thing in the morning. Place another one on your front door and another on your steering wheel.

Write whatever you know will help you think more positively as you face your day.
